4. Wiring
4.1. Wiring Precautions
When performing wiring operations, the following requirements must be strictly followed:
Note
Name: Warning
Instructions:
Do not touch the internal joint module components of the arm base to avoid electric shock hazard.
Only trained and authorized qualified engineers are allowed to perform external wiring work.
Before powering on, check the voltage level of the equipment; otherwise, it may cause personal injury and equipment damage.
To ensure safety, the equipment must be reliably grounded.
Do not connect the power input terminal to any other terminal except the power connector, otherwise the product may be damaged.
The input voltage connected to all terminals must not exceed the allowable range.
Ensure the wiring sequence is correct, the connection is reliable and the insulation is reliable before power is applied, otherwise the product may be damaged.
4.2. System wiring
The humanoid robotic arm ART3-R7 has four configurations: configuration one is a single arm, configuration two is a single arm plus a controller, configuration three is dual arms, and configuration four is dual arms plus a controller and a brancher. Its wiring diagrams are shown in Figures 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, and 4-4.
The power supply voltage of the humanoid robotic arm ART3-R7 is DC48V, and the power supply voltage of the controller and the brancher is DC24V, as shown in Figure 4-5 and 4-6.

4.3. Host computer debugging wiring
When debugging the robotic arm, connect the host computer and controller with an Ethernet cable, as shown in Figure 4-7.
